I don't remember the name of the manga, but the seme is a host who picks up the uke (he wears a white eye patch, black hair).The seme got attatched to the uke and one day when he went back home to find the lights off, he got scared that the uke decided to leave, but the uke was sitting outside(on the balcony I think) and said welcome back(? not too sure) and the seme ran to hug the uke.
