I thought of that, too. But wearing heels slows you down, which considering her case, is a bad idea as she's running away from kidnappers. Better be injured than be caught.
Not really. She’s a noble so wearing heels is normal and she must be used to it. People can dance wearing higher heels you know and running is easier than dancing. Being injured would be what would slow her down. Injuries on the feet especially so.
