I'm not even concerned at how their relationship started. Okay, there were some rape involved at the start but they're past that. Morinaga's repented of that. Souichi finally started accepting Morinaga and they're finally meeting halfway. But I'm just saying...the arcs just have the same pattern. They agreed to meet in the middle but they keep on stepping back and stepping forward and back again.
If you don't like him, stop compromising and leading him on. If you don't like him, let him go so he can move on.
Chapter 3 is coming. That means...CONFLICT!
Every arc of this manga follows a pattern
1- intro of timeline, summarize what happened since last volume. Remind readers that morinaga is still hopelessly devoted to his one-sided love.
2- emerging conflict because senpai still thinks sex with his kouhai is okay no homo.
3- conflict and heartbreak because poor morinaga has feelings (surprise, senpai!)
4- solution to problem introduced usually includes jealousy and guilty feelings
5- solution applied (aka...i guess it's okay to have sex with morinaga so he won't run away. No homo) + make-up sex
6- epilogue of arc...most of the time it's morinaga finding a tiny buterfly of hope in the possibility of a healthy normal happy relationship, only for senpai to crush it at the last page.
You're welcome
