Kay so to summarize a bit. Actually, now that I’m not skimming to avoid the angst, it’s not hell. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still fucking terrible imo.

Start of ch vol 2 - teacher realizes he likes Miki. He tries to find Miki to tell him but he gets the blonde friend instead... we learn that Miki might have sold himself and used his little brother’s name.
Afterwards the teacher finds him to tell him. Miki seems accepting, but I’m pretty sure the guilt gets to him later on.
The teacher looks for the little brother to ask for a chance(?)
I think the little brother points out and asks if the teacher will be transferring to France. He said skeptics, the teacher will back up what he says. What will he do?
Ch 11 they start acting like lovers.
Ch 12 I think his past comes back to haunt him, one of his previous buyers I think (remember the whole selling himself thing? It’s probably that). This buyer causes issues later cuz he recognizes Miki’s uniform.
The teacher save him and go for a trip down memory lane. Miki’s dark memories. He reveals his past, his issues with his brother, how he sold his body, how he (looked like) he was drugged and kidnapped,
The teacher has time to digest it. Meanwhile it looks like Miki’s use of his little brother’s name cause trouble, remember the dude who recognized his uniform? He found Miki’s little brother but gets apprehended by the police (I think)
I think he transfers schools and years later he’s still with the teacher. He stays in touch with the blonde friend.
Ugh. I kinda skipped Miki’s flashbacks cuz it’s fucking terrible from the images and now that I’ve read it, I hate the adults even more. They neglected an adolescent kid and pretty much the people who SHOULD be aware didn’t really know the fucked up things he’s had to do. This might not have even happened if someone paid attention to him before the whole drugged, kidnapped, selling himself fiasco.
After all the shit Miki’s gone through... It’s too late at that point to say that any “parental figure” even did a decent job at caring for him. I hate this. Ties should’ve been severed.

I am not okay with how it ends. I’m okay with lots of shit, tolerance is high. There’s very few things I detest.

Let me rant, if you don’t want spoilers at all, don’t read further just in case.

The little brother so spoiled from all the privilege. The teacher isn’t the only asshole, all the adults are assholes. What kind of biased parenting is this? What kind of sicko takes advantage of a minor that looks in-need of help? What does this teacher think he’s fking doing? Why do literally 0 of the adults in this story truly HELP him? They don’t even offer it.
None of the adults show genuine support for Miki. His self esteem is so low because of how the adults interpret his silence as him being okay with letting his spoiled little brother being the center of attention. Just cuz the little brother is a few fucking SECONDS younger doesn’t mean Miki is a senior that should cede everything and not fight with his younger sibling. The difference is a few seconds, yet the care and concern invested in the younger sibling far exceeds the care and concern the adults have for Miki. His silence is practically a show of how he’s given up. You don’t try to kill yourself unless you’ve lost all hope and have given up.
The teacher is scum. The adults aren’t capable of thinking of what’s best for BOTH twins and screw their oldest twin over, and not even the younger twin gave a fuck until it was too late. NO ONE GAVE A FUCK BEFORE IT WAS TOO LATE.
It should not have ended with forgiveness. Miki should’ve just started anew in a place where no one knows him. He should’ve just cut all ties and let the fucking adults realize how badly the fucked up, then find a new person who he can genuinely enter a loving relationship with an for not be underappreciated and used.
Ugh. Gotta admit, this author really succeeded in making me mad.
