Hmm....so...
30,000 = thirty thousand ...no.
300,000 = three hundred thousand ...no.
3,000,000 ~ thirty hundred thousand ? yes ?

The same way 1,000 (one thousand) can be said ten hundreds, maybe thirty hundred thousand is a way to say three million?

Or maybe we're both stupid.

It should be 300,000 xd

Jap and chi is kinda the same
So it kinda goes

三 is 3
So 三十万 would be 300,000
