A lot of people say It's because the whole story lasts 19 days (chronologically). For example, this current day started in chapter 264. But I'm not sure how many days has it been... some say it isn't, so whatever, no clue, maybe Old Xian just likes the title lmao hope it helped (?)

In Chinese, it incorporates the same Kanji used in the boys name. Like I know "days" is pronounced "Tian"
