It is a mistake. I have seen the raws for this chapter and it is much longer then 13 pages. There might be something wrong with the file right now, so for the time being it is best to either check back later to see if the chapter has increased in pages or someone else replys saying that it is complete.

why is chap 17 so short? 13 page? the previous was 32 right? how come? is that a mistake?
