Read coffin jackson, not a yaoi but its a Crime action Thriller. Totally worth the read

I'm pretty sure it's finished. I think it's marked as incomplete because they'll probably add extra/side stories. At the end of chapter 40 it said "The End" and the story was basically very well concluded ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

There definitely is a season 3 of Loplop if you look around. Chapter count was up to 60 when I last checked.
