For being "reborn" in a new world, the genre is "isekai", but it's very wide and normally consists of ecchi and harem and not stories with plots like this

Unfortunately, yes, the "isekai" genre is overflowing with that of the more perverse nature. However, these manhua/manhwa that are of Chinese and Korean origin are often based on novels, where a new tag/genre called "transmigration" has been growing increasingly popular. Transmigration is a lot like reincarnation, but it is defined by someone dying and then entering another body. This one in particular kind of has both reincarnation and transmigration properties (since she died, was reborn, then died and went back to her first body). I heavily suggest looking into the transmigration tag as you might find the stories to be a bit more plot heavy (not to say they don't have their own cliches and what not. . .) I'm in love with the isekai trope but have grown just as frustrated with the current pool of options. I'm actually going through and trying to separate the isekai tag into "transmigration," "reincarnation," "summoned," "transported," and "second chance" as each one is different from the other. I wish you luck on your pursuit!
