Oh man, I want to try your coffee now. That sounds so good.
Have you ever tried Vietnamese coffee (cà phê đá) by far the best coffee I’ve ever had. It’s made with robusta coffee beans which are twice as strong as normal (arabica) coffee beans. You brew the beans using a Phin filter which I find gives the beans a more consentrated taste. It’s usually served with condensed milk and is super yummy.

I wanted to like ice coffee bc it’s cute the acidity and the acidity of coffee can make me nauseas. The thing about cold brew is that bc your not using hot water the oils in the beans aren’t being released. Those are what give freshly brewed coffee that amazing smell. I have a cold brewer just gathering dust now. Drink the double brew when you need energy. Espresso tastes watery to me now
I’d just have to walk around covered in blood. Coffee is serious for me. I also make amazing coffee. I use the same method Aoba and Mano kin. The pour over method. I used to live in a super nice apt and on the bottom floor was a Japanese woman who owned the coffee shop in the lobby. She also use to pour over method which meant very cup was fresh and hot but it just wasn’t as good as mine. The secret is I make a double brew andonlusedve i iced. I use twice as much coffee as recommended for the first part. I pour enough to make 6 cups. The intake that fresh hot coffee and pour it over a fresh filter with fresh coffe, I use about half the amount of coffee. Your basically making coffee with coffee. This gives me about 4-4&1/2 cups of coffee which I then put honey and cream in over ice. It’s really good. It’s some srsly dark coffee so I use a lot of cream. You also have to use good coffee. Fortunately Costco has big bags of free trade organic coffee for a great price, which is important bc your gonna go through some serious coffee beans.
