I’m pretty sure in all situations the omega father wil always have the child. An omegas purpose is to have kids while an alphas purpose is to spread their semen, so it only makes sense for it to work out that way.

The mother would give birth of course; although an Alpha, it was not established that the Alpha females were able to inject sperm into their mates, therefore making it impossible for the Alpha females to impregnate.
I have yet to read a story on two Alpha women with a family.

I saw once in a manga a female couple that was just there in passing. The law of Omegaverse states that as long as you're an Alpha you'll be able to impregnate your partner, no matter of their secondary sex. So it doesn't matter you're male or female, if you're an Alpha, it's possible.

Having both reproductive systems that are fully functional, what would that even look like down there? Where would everything fit? Yeah I deduced that part because that's how sexual reassignment surgery goes for transgender men BUT in this case, where would her/his balls be? If (s)he also has a vagina there's no room for testicles. So how would (s)he impregnate someone? Like I said before testicles HAVE to sit outside the body.

Actually, they really don't need to be outside, as there are many medical cases where testicles have not sagged during puberty, staying small, but nevertheless, fully functional and fertile. Also, testicles, although on the outside, are probably smaller in Omegaverse, as there is a need for both genders, when females are in question. But on the other side, if we look at it, maybe the whole anatomy has been changed, putting women in the same circumstances as men, where they need to use the anus which in males has been connected with newly formed womb.

Even testicles that haven't dropped are still on the outside of the body. They are not internal organs like ovaries for example. And where would they be? Her vagina would be in the way. There's no room for a vagina AND testicles. If she conceives through her ass then there is no need for her to have a vagina in the first place. And if she doesn't have a vagina then why is she referred to as "she"
P.S my eldest brother (deceased) was one of those males whose balls didn't drop during puberty. Don't know if there's a correlation but he turned out gay, and never had kids.

You're absolutely right and here's something that bothers/confuses me. How come you hardly ever see a pregnant omega? I think I've only read two Omegaverses that showed a pregnant omega. The genre is created to cater to yaoi lovers who want to see their Male-Male couples have babies. So why don't they ever show them pregnant? They'll announce their pregnancy and then the manga will just skip time to when the baby arrives. They won't even show the labor, what's up with that?

NOT HAPPENING!!!! And they wouldn't be accepted by society as females. They'd be chicks with dicks or "traps" and would be JUST as discriminated against as their Omega counterparts. Absolutely nothing about an Alpha female makes sense. Most wouldn't even consider them female because they have both reproductive systems. Everyone keeps concentrating on the dick, I said where would the balls be? It's easy to figure out where the dick would be, that's not my issue. And why am I trying to rationalize? Because I want to, I don't think I need any other reason and there's lots of people who enjoy doing that with me, we think it's fun.
