No he kicked the sword next to him on purpose so that the guy would attack him and he would kill him by "defending" himself.... but it was all planned....he just didn't want to be the bad guy infront of the others I guess
It’s difficult to apply any kind of penalty for crimes within a gate, but if you have witnesses, the story is different, so jin-woo needed some justification to kill him, in other words, staging a situation of self-defense.
Actually is more like he wouldnt have time to run to the tank cuz he is pretty far (see how much power he used to dash?)and there is the super elf that wouldnt let him go

i like this one, so ill take it, bcos being too far i dont think is the answer bcos he have an army, one army will do, so i think he really just want a witness that he just wants to protect himself..
am i missing something, is arise supposed to only work at self defense? bcos why didnt he just kill him when he's down..? im confused @,@
