In the raw, the literal meaning is, women are selfish/do their own thing. Still a sweeping statement, but it is less severe compared to the word used in the translation. Your call if that still makes you mad, i guess.
On top of it being a poor translation, it was just the guy who loves sex who said it; not the kindness guy. He followed up with "as for me".

OFC they aren't, but for some reason they think it's okay to be disrespectful manchildren. I know it's just a manga and it's supposed to be funny/they say shit because of heartbreak, but THIS SHIT IRKS ME.
