It's not a roofie lol, roofies knock you out. It's a popper, used a lot by gay men irl because it relaxes anal muscles: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poppers. It's also (mostly) legal and is pretty safe as far as drugs go. Tbh this is better than most drug use in BL, cause it's actually a real drug used by gay men, instead of some made up aphrodisiac.
My bad didn't finish reading yet to see him faint, which could be a side-effect of a popper, but it's not that common. Guess he just had a bad reaction. My point was though that it's not really that dangerous. Except if he took viagra and poppers in combo, that's bad. Though these two should probably actually know what they are taking and do some research before taking it. It's definitely not a good idea to just accept a drug randomly off the street from a total stranger when you don't even know what the drug is.
yes and when I mentioned the "roofied" part I meant the other couple where the seme just slipped him a drug without him knowing. they're a couple but thats just in bad taste.

the drug parts put me off this manga. the "roofied" one most of all. but I know its yaoi but still lots of couples out there in real life think that spontaneity is the key to a great relationship and it could lead to dangerous stuff..
