Im pretty sure his name isnt arimura. I think arimura is a different dude. Still dont know his real name tho :P
The guy in this page is Arimura's friend Souma. BUT my comment was referring to the speech bubble in the first panel which is Arimura saying that he'd hit Akabane if he couldn't remember sleeping with Souma. Hence why Arimura is a good friend.
