BL manga - title

It’s a high school love story about one guy (A)who as a kid was really sick and weak and met a boy (B) his age who was nice to him. The parents of A decided to take him to a better hospital and he tells B that when they meet again they will marry.

Later on in high school B has a really good friend (C) who likes to play cards and earn money from it. B is in love with C. A is a new transfer student in that school and meets B again. A talks to B and about the promise of marriage. C was there too and says something bad about gay being disgusting. B got angry and stops talking to C.

C was only unconsciously jealous that time and didn’t understand his feelings when seeing A close to B.

Story in short:
B ends ups with C
And A with a promiscuous guy (D). Once D realises that he is in love with A he starts a serious relationship with him.
