I think that is just the typical case of him feeling responsible and blaming himself for Shigures death. So he says he killed him.

I thought the same so I re-read,but it say nothing. Then, I remembered from MODS what happened and kind of imagined what was going on

Btw Sorry, I just noticed all the grmmar mistakes in my comment (￣∇￣").
What I can think about this is that he feels responsible, since probably he was murdered by shigure father's orders because he wanted to get out of the group since he decided to get away and help the kid (forgot his name)... it just breaks my heart the idea of how happy and hopefull Haru was when this same kid got rid of the guilt and started over when he feels unable to do the same
