So that brings up even more questions. Can he see the flower/wool neck thingy on her? If so, why can he see that on her but she can't see the words written on his face? If not, how did he know she was lying? Btw, I knew something was up with him when he first met her. He looked startled by something just before his coworker (?) called him away.
He was startled because he didn't saw anything on her neck. She's the only one who doesn't have "that" . His thoughts must be "finally" i found the one.
So it would be interesting to know why he made that creepy smile when he told blondie he knew the FL didn't have a boyfriend. I mean doesn't that mean there's something more to it than just the more common reasons he gave her?

Segye has supernatural abilities. He can see something in their necks. It seems that he knows when the ppl are being (bad) since it will show (?) flower crown in their necks or wool if nice , or maybe a prickling choker made of glass and metals if bad. im not sure I didn't want to read so much.
Rest assured- he's a nice person who only wants to be loved honestly
