I think it’s shounen ai and it’s about two best friends who always got along well. Boy A though, has had a crush on boy B for a while now and to give himself courage to confess, he visited a Shrine for 100 days straight. Since boy A visited the shrine so many times the god of the shrine became interested to see if boy A would succeed in confessing. Stuff happened and Boy A died but the god decided to grant boy A a wish. The wish was to be reincarnated as a cute girl that would look like boy B's ideal type. So it's also a gender bender. I hope someone finds this
