Maybe I skimmed through too fast but does the MC not have any family or are they aware that he changed sex? He doesn't seem to have a hard time with his female body, having periods, the possibility of becoming preggo, social expectations for women (good for him, positivity is great!!) so I supposed he'd also be ok with cutting ties with his family?
