I was wondering the same thing. The most recent update I could imagine the vampire doctor breaking it down and telling them that two guys cant get pregnant but I have read other stories where werewolves are dying out so the males are able to get pregnant too so I'll just have to wait to see
i read the raw but didn't understand. did seme makes uke pregnant? is this some sort of omegaverse? uke is a hybrid wolf, if he's pregnant it means their child would be a vampywolf hybrid? tell me..
