Basically he is a old magician (he isn’t evil) that woke up and then he meet the princess and then when the princess fell ill from having too much magic (she could have died) but the boy saved her ( he used a lot of magic and that’s why he became smol like the princess) and he previously when they meet the first time he saw that the princess had magic too and told her he was interested in her and that in exchange (he threatened her that he would eat the dog¿ lol) he told her that he would like to “study her” whenever he wanted and I don’t think he is interested in her but I think he slowly started to care for her. Well that’s what I got from reading the Spanish raws hoped it helped

Lucas is a very powerful magician and that makes him not very sympathetic to lowly humans.. however he does grow a sweet spot for our MC. It seems it may be something more but nothing official (as of c44)
