But still, I do agree that nothing is happening here too. The lead isn’t even growing anymore and there’s just less conflict to make it interesting.

Complain that there is drama then complain that there isn't. By that 'logic' no story would ever satisfy you. There is development. It's not the author's fault you missed it. T.
What development? Sure, enlighten us on that. Pretty sure we’ve read the same webtoon and we have differing opinions. The story has been on a standstill compared to its progress before. It’s a no-brainer to miss.
