It's pretty common in bara/gei comi/men's love:
seijin written typically by gay men for gay men...As opposed to yaoi which is primarily written by women (who don't fully understand gay sex) for women. Women tend to assign pretty obvious heteronormative gender roles in both personality and appearance. Bara tends to feature overtly masculine (in behavior) characters- muscular, bulky, hairy. Boys' love is really only different from shojo because there are 2 penises.
If I had to guess, I would assume this is gachi muchi...which is a kind of overlap of boys' and men's love.
I'm probably wrong, but this doesn't read like bara proper. I would search for bara, men's love, or gachi muchi if you are interested in a burlier neko.
Can I get more of this muscular bottom mangas???!!! Imagi just made me horny!!! I never thought I would enjoy a muscular bottom like him!
