Don’t really think the author has anything to do with these sites or if they even know their story gets uploaded here. AGLY is only officially on Lezhin. Anywhere else would be a breach in copyright laws and no author will be happy with that.
It's funny though that it updated to Chapter 79 on Mangarock but not here. Is Mangarock different? I'm sorta new at these sites so I could be wrong about the author part...

I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and say it doesn't because maybe author is pissed at so many negative comments? I seriously doubt that Mangago is the one holding it up...they have no reason to. Whatever the reason, we are now 5 chapters behind....and no updates on the horizon either
