It depends on your point of view. Edric(the blond guy) belongs to the same family as Hyungwoo and he want him to go home, by any means necessary. That redhaired guy is his kin(what Minhoon is to Hyungwoo) and he at first befriended Minhoon to get close to Hyungwoo by Edric's plan but genuinely liked Minhoon. The way I see it, Edric has his own agendas while redhaired guy(forgot his name) will follow Edric's orders but would not want Minhoon to get hurt

This is a little bit hard for me to understand. Who is the manager and the yellow hair man? Are they bad people?
one more thing, I'm not complaining but the quality of chapter 3 is so good and beautiful but the others are not ╥﹏╥
