OK so it's a bl with everyone having a power and the 2 main leads controls like steam and the other water and they are thicker part of the disciplinary commitie and like are like the top top 2 with the top abilities. (more specific ) they kind of change appearances when using there powers like steam user gets tanner with red hair. While the water user has longer whiteish blueish hair. Last one anyone got any ideas pls
