maybe there's actually coins in both hands, and since the rules only stated to guess which hand has the coin, then it might result into a draw?
Let me guess, it’s not the same coin? Maybe he switched the coins while that girl was being all worried and shaken. That way, there’s no way she would have known the coin had changed. And then he’s going to use the “oh it’s not the same coin so you automatically lose” argument.
