I agree!!! They should just communicate!!! And that Ruka is simply annoying, and I'm not really interested in his pov or backstory. He is just obsessing what he 'could be' with Maya, imagining only him and Maya to be on a different level to everyone else, to be special. But he will hopefully, sooner than later, wake up and smell the coffee and let the couple be! Also Ruka may have a confusing sexual organ? I got that from some chapters back...
Generally, most people don't like Ruka because he seems to be a character who is "in the way" of the main characters. He's suspicious and manipulative. But more than annoying, I find him almost interesting. He's an ambiguous character. I can't tell if he's a potential love rival or if he's just a creepy and possessive guy. I think I'm more annoyed with his nonchalance than with his relationship with Maya.
Honestly, after rereading, I'm more annoyed with Maya and Nemu. Communication is key and they are failing in so many places where communication could simply solve their issues. With Nemu, I wish he'd stop playing a victim. Gain some confidence and be assertive! Tell Maya what you think, COMPLETELY! Don't hold back, afraid that you are less than what you are! And Maya! Please, can you stop and figure out your life? Not that you must prioritize one over the other, just take some time to reflect on why you have some issues. Empathize with Nemu's fears. Put yourself in his place. WASN'T HE PISSED WHEN NEMU PRIORITIZED OKINO RIGHT BEFORE THEIR COUPLE TRIP?! THAT'S HOW NEMU FEELS WHEN YOU SPEND A LARGE MAJORITY OF YOUR TIME WITH RUKA! Oh gosh! Can I be the mediator for these two?!
Lol, sorry for the long post but does anyone agree or disagree with me? Lol maybe I'm just too invested in the story that I'm raging ahaha.
