Because he already likes Jung Yohan and he (Jung Yonan) just said he does not like him at all... it just so sad, they both like each other but since both fear the other’s reaction then they do the opposite of what they sre feeling :(

He just found out himself, and was worried to be so obvious about it as it happened with Jeunso, that is why he said what he said and made the face he made, he thought he was being conceited thinking Yohan liked him too, then Yohan misunderstood the face and thought he was making that face because he was disgusted wih the idea of Yohan liking him so then Yohan said I dont like you and the hyung was hurt :( ...they both like each other!!!
