A scent fetish is not that bad lol I have it too. A lot of people have it.

I can relate I go to a candle store or section and smell every scent they have.

I'm pretty sensitive to smells so I don't smell candles. For me it's body scents. I'm super sensitive to body scents and alot of people smell terrible to me. I only date people who's body smells amazing to me, turns me on. And the only comforting smell is my mother's. No one other than my mother can enter my room because I don't want their scents lingering about in there. Makes me vomit lol

My moms scent is comforting to me too! I can’t stand her husbands smell though....I don’t even go in their room because of his scent

I also have a sentive noze! I can smell things from miles away lol and I can't stand gross smell even more body odors (like sweat) it's the death of me lol

I feel your pain. My brother came back to live with us and since we only have two bedrooms, he sleeps in my mom's room. Since he came back, I have never been in my mom's room ever. His body odor is disgusting.

I'm also really sensitive to people's smells! When I tell someone that I can smell my friends when they're near tho they just think I'm really creepy.

I find my dad's scent to be more comforting than my moms. It's probably because he is calm in an emergency and doesn't forget that I exist.

For me it's the opposite. My father doesn't remember me or my siblings unless he wants money from us.

Same with my mother, but I am the only one of her kids she really ever takes money from thankfully it's mostly for gas.
