A few days ago I read a comment that mentioned how the first of disgraceful events (due to the curse of Jenette's birth) was Athy's death. Bro/Sis, you couldn't be more right about this, now that I've seen the panels where Claude is acting strange and calling for Jennette's help. I wonder how the original ended, cause maybe "the happily ever after" that Athy was talking about (in the original, in the novel) was just something she supposed not confirmed. Maybe she didn't know the book had more twists after Athy's character dies.
