i think cause he was raised by a single mother - where the father didn't want to be involved or acknowledge him as his, he is down and doesn't want to see his friends kid grow up in a similar situation. or maybe Mia's situation is bringing back bad/depressing memories from his past. either way he's a good guy.
I know he is a really reaaally good guy! And I actually like that mia is keeping the child but idk i feel like the author can improve their story better... I wouldn’t complain if mia turns out to have feelings for the guy but she doesn’t seem like she has that type of feelings to him.... its sad and frustrating
maybe she was the one who broke his heart? (before he turned bi??) anyway i unlike u dont appreciate the fact that she is thinking of keeping the kid - only cause she's lonely? cause she wants family? not a good reasons - a kid/baby needs to be taken care off, unlike a parent or grandparent that take care of u and i don't know her job situation and if she can even raise a child alone without the support of a partner or family in her life, trying to do it alone will be very tough (even with a good job and pay) and things may turn out bad for her and the baby, that's why i get why Alex may have no other choice then try to be there and help. cause being her childhood friend he is literally the only family she got. sad
Plz tell me he is not thinking of taking responsibility of mia... he can be there to support her but still she is the one who didn’t use protective whatever or whatever he could support her as a friend sigh~
