I can't remember this manga

It's a yaoi or shonen ai about a guy who have just move into the city and his grandma tell him to give a cake to his neighboor, so hi does so but it turns that the neighboor is hostil towars people and is with a young woman (a sex-partner I think).

Days go by when the MC hears a scream comming from his neighbor's place, he came in and discovers a that a cockroach is making all the fuss to his neighbor, then the MC kills the insect and the two MC became closer....
