Was Philippines block on accessing mangago website? Cant seems to access it using my 2 phones.

I think Philippines said websites with porn material on them are illegal around 1 year ago? (might be wrong but I remember a lot of people complaining about having to use a VPN) Maybe they've rediscovered mangago again ╮(￣▽￣)╭
