I read Harada and some omegaverse stories I liked (which is basically rape overload) but rape there is treated as it is. It's a sick crime and the one falling in love with the criminal is crazy as well.
Problem I find is that rape is treated basically like a confession. Also, Manga with normal, non rape romance is not easy to find at all ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
Normal fantasy romance is the same. I don't think we're asking much when we don't want out "protagonists" to be psychopaths.
