90% of yaoi and mpreg stories are like that... which made me pretty tired sometimes too. You can steer for shounen ai where there is mostly good art, good characters, good development like Whose baby is it?, Kamisama no Uroko, Sweet Man, or Mo Dao Zu Shi.
