I think Shinobu gets to trust again to Kou because he heard Kou's sleep talking telling he loves Shinobu, showing Kou's sincerity.
Nope. Means nothing. I've had a boyfriend who talked in his sleep ALL the time. Called out the names of everyone he knew randomly. Once he called me "grandma" in his sleep when I was trying to get him to share the blanket with me.
I don't understand how Shinobu can be so trusting. If I was in his position, I would not have trusted Kou to be in a long distance faithful relationship. I wouldn't even trust him being in a living together relationship.
