It seems so, as a reader is what I see, the way Masato is so clingy to Hotaka and his jealousy. Hotaka, I think he didn't realize it in the beginning since he's kinda preoccupied with Chika.

I hate how undecided Hotaka is with everything. He just accepts and take it all like its normal. He's a kind guy but he needs to decide on his own and not just go with flow.
With Chika, man, he just gave up... well he felt that he's just dragging Hotaka into that relationship in the first place cuz uke doesn't say anything. And then Masato, they should've given him a longer or another lovey dovey chapter since they both like each other from the beginning but still, uke is undecided.
