Because in the official site it’s uploaded as 70 even if it’s a special episode, it’s part of the story it’s a bound in the future.
It was because they made some minor changes to the translations that were in 69.5
Even if it's a Special, in the original website the chapter number sequence was maintained, so I did the same here.

It's a special episode, not a chapter... It's not relate to the main story, I don't understand why they posted it with that number, if it should have been 69.2... ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ yes it's a beatiful one and I'm always grateful for the translation but this week is just going to come out chapter 70...(⊙…⊙ )
