Im not one of those guys but that is one of the beauty of character development. It makes it hard to hate the characters that seems to be horrible at first. We all, often times than not, assess things with only the information that is currently available. So back then when the information available is different, our perception of Dohyun is much more different compared to rn.
Back then all the information we had was:
-This guy might be scamming people by selling them bad/overpriced phones.
-He gets kiddnapped by some weird gangster dude and raped over and over again
-He has no idea why this has happened.
Hmmmm yeah that ain't enough info to say that he deserved getting raped. That's what they were saying. They could have just sat down and you know... not say that the guy deserved to be raped.
I do like the point you made but it doesn't apply much in this case. Also, that has nothing to do with character development, it's more about limited information and assuming stuff.
well now we know how he become such a creepy dude. maybe ╮(￣▽￣)╭ he still kind of force and kidnap the other dude so....
What? I am on about the dude who got kidnaped.
How in the beginning of this story people were blaiming Dohyun with no information? Basically victim-blaiming the guy. Yeah...
If any of you are still reading, then I want you to take this as a lesson. Wait for information before you get the pitchforks and torches out.
