This is just a guess but I think the seme’s attitude is because he remembers the past. Like how Hosik dreams in their ancient times.

In that time The seme was already possesive and as he stated he wanted to be with Hosik and if he were to get pregnant they would stay together forever.

Maybe just maybe he remembers it all and something happened to hosik in the past thats why he is overly protective.
