Oh ok, I just read the chapter. It's true that she jumped to save Haru, but since she's one of the supporting characters, she didn't die and didn't sustain any injuries because the accident that has (unofficially) happened to her, (officially) happened to another student instead. She changed the story, and in result, a student died, because of her, that's why she was so down during the last few pages.
No, it would be the creator's fault because they're trying to make tails fit with heads.

IT SEEMS LIKE 13 GETS INTO A CAR ACCIDENT BECAUSE OF THE FUCKING LEADS AND DANOH FINDS OUT BECAUSE SHE SAW THE STORYBOARD AND RAN TO SAVE HIM MEANING THAT SHE GETS RUN OVER INSTEAD!!!
