(Which is why it bothers me when people comment about wanting smutty scenes) But anyways, from what I noticed, the scenes that say "one day" at the top is flashback scene. For holidays, the author seems to throw in present day scenes after Jian Yi returns.
I thought he went missing the first day of their first year of highschool but I can't remember completely since I started this manhua a couple years ago. If I remember correctly, it seems like he comes back around the time of Zheng Xi going to college (I could be wrong about that too though. & from one chapter, He Tian seems to leave for a period of time at some point & returns around the same time Jian Yi does.

I’m curious, just HOW old are they?? In chap 247 it says they are preparing to take an exam to enter a high school, so does that mean they’re only middle schoolers?? In the wayyy beginning it says that jian yi disappeared in the second year of high school or something so does that mean that as of now, jian yi hasn’t disappeared yet?? These time skips are so confusing, if we’ll have to see the part where jian yi HAS disappeared and leaves zhang xixi I’ll be so sad:(
