I haven't seen the last update. But if it is the last one on korean lezhin it will wait a week. But this follows English lezhin publishing times.
Korean and English ones are updated at the same time, so the newest update for chapter 48 is out for both Korean and English. It seems the person who uploads on here waits a week after the official update to upload. Chapter 48 is fun!
