yeas cause Yenak never trusted him. he never trusted anyone so...it make sense Diesal will get much more into someone that actually trust him and keep caring for him even if he will die and ask if he is okay instead of using him. and Ein is super handsome too XD
i think one of the reasons diesel is so infatuated with ein is because ein let his guard down with him or we can say ein trust diesel. yanek told diesel not to trust anyone yet ein who barely know diesel let his guard down when he's with him.look at how diesel rant about how often ein let his guard down when it involves diesel knowing he could get killed anytime. while yanek keep being cautious,ein didn't when it comes to diesel especially. i think that's one of the value in ein that attracts diesel.
