Just as I thought. Still I was thinking that Yanek would hesitate to shoot Diesel, but nope. Now we got our answer on why Diesel pays so much attention to Ein's bullet wound. Ein literally took that bullet for him.

Yanek was going to shoot Diesel but Ein pushed him away and got shot in the chest. Yanek was trying to attack Diesel and went over to finish Ein and Ein stabbed him in the neck.Yanek bleeds out, snatching Diesel's dog tag off and dies.
