i think the older brother will reject the younger. then the 'stand out' guy will pursue the younger bro. thats when the older bro realise he loves his bro after all. haha.. but thats just my thoughts since most mangaka seems to like this cliche idea.

im a person who tends to root for the pairing introduced first, so yes they are brothers but they aren't related and i can't help but root for haru. BUT, i can tell that blonde haired dude who "stands out" is likely to be paired up with sensei which will leave poor haru alone...it reminds me of that other story where the older brother loves his judo brother and another student finds out, blackmails him, and even though his younger brother likes him back, he already fell in love with the blackmailer
