dragging the story... Common trope of the author keke

Yeah and it's also so typical of her to create new pairings...We're gonna get plenty of chapters about Ken's childhood friend and Ken's bro with their lovers, which will delay Ken and Kirara's progression. Then they'll have trouble having sex because it will hurt Kirara. Then the issue will be that they keep being interrupted and therefore still can't have sex. After all that they'll finally get to have sex but some family member is going to cause problems between them. And only when this is settled, they'll get to be happy together forever and ever.

(Don't get me wrong, I do looove this author's works, but her comedy yaoi always follow the same steps)

HAHAHAHAHAHAH DAMN ON POINT (≧∀≦) saaaame, but sometimes I find it hard to finish or keep updated with some of her series because of the repetitive and dragging plot structure. I'll try to finish some up in the future though (￣∇￣")

The truth has been spoken haha! xD Honestly I am not fond of stories when side couples take up too much screentime of main couple, I'd like them to have separate series so that I can truly invest in their story (if i like them) or neglect completely (if I dislike) so that they won't affect my mood when reading the main one

AGREED! but like you guys said, the author does drag the story. with hanto yajuu, i don’t really mind because it’s always a different journey that keep us entertained but with this, i’m just waiting for ken to hurry up and confess so we can move on.

Seriously it's like her characters are always so charming and lovable but the plot gets so repetitive and boring. I always stay just for the characters. I still love her works tho tbh

Omg exactly. That's the reason why Hondo yajuu is my favorite work from her. There's always something else that keeps us entertained and I feel like it might just be me but it felt a bit more straightforward than the others
