Well it's not yaoi, but it goes as far as it can go whilst remaining Shounen Ai. (Although, if you're reading it, I think season 3 of Cherry Blossoms After Winter is going to have an adult version, so it's making the genre switch. My Korean still sucks so I could be wrong.)
